For detailed information about low-impact aerobics and the benefits of cardiovascular exercises see Best Introductory Low-Impact Aerobics Exercise Video You Can Do at Home. As the title states, the exercises in this video introduce you to basic, easier aerobic moves that use slow-paced music so you can learn the steps.
Medium Level Low-Impact Aerobics Exercise Video
The music in this video is faster-paced than in the introductory video. This class is for people who already know some basic aerobic moves and can follow along with the faster music.
Both videos are one hour long so you can vary the length of your workout. If you don’t want to do cardio for an hour, make a note of the time on the video when stopping. Come back another day and resume where you left off. Enjoy different combinations of moves. Variety is good for muscles and fun!
Important information to remember:
- Take it at your own pace.
- Keep moving.
- Listen to your body.
- Enjoy your workout!
